Crew layovers and passenger handling are different problems with one underlying truth: the disruption. RISMA is where Rezolv handles the passenger side; CLASS sits on top of it for crew.
Why this is here
When a flight cancels, crew need to be rehoused (CLASS) and passengers need to be rebooked (RISMA). Showing both consoles in the same product shell turns one disruption into one workflow.
